Tiana was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. After starting her athletic career in gymnastics and competing through Level 8, she transitioned into pole vaulting and competed for 9 years throughout High School and College. Tiana graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from Cal State University Northridge.

After college she found interest in American Ninja Warrior, thanks to her Dad. She has been competing on the show since Season 7 in 2015 and most recently in Ninja Competitions as a Wolfpack Ninja Pro Athlete. Through Ninja Warrior she made connections in the stunt industry and has been striving to follow in the footsteps of amazing stuntwomen such as Jessie Graff and Luci Romberg.
